Monet the painter used to go to the Louvre to study the art there and come here to eat.
Le Souffle is situated on the Right Bank, near the Place Vendome.
It has most likely gotten gentrified a bit in the last few decades but still has an air of charm,
and it's great to think one of my favorite painters used to come here regularly to get his meals.
Just love that cute little neon sign. Just priceless!
